Due to the GraphiCon 2013 proceedings will be issued in the RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index), and some work in the SCOPUS, it is mandatory to provide a hard copy of authors Consent to Publish. The Consent should be signed and provided to the organizing committee personally or by mail before the conference was started.
