Hotel Information

The organizing committee recommends the following hotels for GraphiCon participants. If you have any problems during booking or require any additional services (for example, transfer from the airport to the hotel), please, feel free to contact us at gc2009@graphicon.ru for assistance. We would recommend to book as soon as possible.

Required information for booking: full name, dates of arrival and departure, room category and optionally credit card number and expiration date. Some hotels require 100% advance payment. We would recommend to make an advance payment in any case. Required documents for settling: passport, visa, departure card.

All prices are given in roubles including VAT (18%). 1 USD equals approximately 32 roubles, 1 EURO equals approximately 45 roubles. First night is usually charged additional 25%. Please specify the exact prices by contacting hotel booking service.

Hotels additional location description is given in the form of approximate required time to get to Moscow State University CMC building, where the conference will take place.
