Conference Fees

Registration fees

The registration fees for non-Russian participants are the following (Russian participants are partly sponsored by Russian Foundation for Basic Research):

Early bird (Before September, 1, 2009) Regular (Before September 17, 2009) On site (cash only *)
Regular participant 250 EUR 300 EUR 350 EUR
Full-time students** 120 EUR 150 EUR 170 EUR

All above fees include visa support, entrance to all conference sessions (including tutorials), all conference materials (CD-ROM version), and a participant package.

Extra:

  • Conference materials – printed version – 20 EUR
  • Participance in a banquet – 40 EUR

Registration fees are non-refundable.

*This is to be paid in Russian currency (roubles) at the exchange rate of Russian Central Bank

** For student registration, it is required to provide official letter signed by the head of your department (or person of equivalent standing) that you are a full-time student (or Ph.D. student). The letter is to be sent by fax to +7 (812) 323 7175, or scanned and emailed to gc2010@graphicon.ru

Publications

Full and work-in-progress papers will only be published after payment of the registration fee has been received.

Please, replace with the appropriate type from the table above. For example, "Registration fee of regular participant of GraphiCon'2010 for Dr. Ivanov."

Conference materials (printed version) and/or Participance in a banquet, if required, should be included in the amount of payment.

Please, also note that all banking fees, which is the usual case for international bank transfers, must be paid by sender. Beneficiary must receive the exact amount as stated in the table above for the respective category.
