Each conference participant will receive a CD-ROM with conference proceedings free of charge. If you want to get printed materials additionally, you'll have to pay for it additionally (see "Fees" section for details). But this selection is for statistics only -- whether you get printed proceedings or not is decided only when you pay conference fee.

Banquet:

Entrance to the conference banquet is paid separately (see "Fees" section for details). By selecting "Yes" or "No" you provide statistical information for organizers (so we can estimate how much food is needed, etc) and are not obliged to pay for the banquet.
